AON’s 12-month Learnership Programme is officially open and it’s the perfect way to get your foot in the door!

Here’s the deal:
✅ 6 months of theory + 6 months hands-on workplace experience
✅ A registered national certificate in insurance

✅ A monthly stipend of R6,500

We’re looking for South African citizens aged 18-35 who have Matric with at least 50% in English and 50% in Maths or Maths Literacy. You should be unemployed and not studying full-time, this is your moment to jump in and learn while you earn.
